Does Send16 work with Shopify?

Yes, on the Growth plan. Connect your store and Send16 syncs products, customers, orders and carts, so you can run abandoned cart and post-purchase flows and see the revenue each email brings in.

Which plan includes marketing automation?

Automations start on the Starter plan at $19 a month. SMS steps, A/B tests and Shopify flows are part of the Growth plan. You can try campaigns and the builder on the free plan first.

Can I manage automations for several clients?
